Peter Anas is President of Anas Marketing & Management, Inc., incorporated in 1984 in Canada and 1987 in the USA. IFDH is one of the clients to which they provide staff and office infrastructure. His experience as an Executive Director is vast, providing strong leadership and association management and oversight. He has served in the past as Executive Director for 5 other non-profit associations. Peter’s training from Price Waterhouse international accounting firm and successfully running his own business for over 30 years, have proven invaluable for giving IFDH into the business side of administering non-profit organizations and adept oversight of monthly accounting and establishing annual and project budgets. His breadth of work experience in the publishing, developing his own publications and in advertising with a national advertising agency, has helped IFDH in developing their strategic plans and direction in publications and communication vehicles. This experience has helped in the development and ongoing coordination with all IFDH corporate sponsors. As a volunteer himself, he has been involved with several non-profits as a member, committee chairman and President of a chapter-based, national organization. This experience from a member’s perspective is extremely vital in understanding an organization’s issues and solution options, as he provides input on almost a daily basis with the IFDH President and Board of Directors. Peter’s many years involved with associations and business gives him the background to establish IFDH budgets and negotiate hotel and vendor contracts. Peter is a consensus-builder by temperament, a keen proponent of superior member service and commitment to his clients, confirmed by the long tenure of his employees and client base.

As a Director of Membership, Meetings & Projects, Clare's friendly, calm disposition allows her to be one of our key front-line contacts with the IFDH membership. In our membership department, she supervises our Coordinators on day-to-day membership services, including certification applications process, maintaining databases/files, membership mailings and much more. Clare is the main contact for our clients' member and potential member inquiries. Her pleasant and professional personality is a great asset as she works with committee chairmen, members and much more! As a Certified Coding specialist, her strong computer proficiency is demonstrated through understanding and maintaining membership records, along with QuickBooks accounting knowledge. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Clare came to the US and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts as a Psychology major. She has proven to be a very reliable employee and continues to grow with us over the last 8 years by coordinating and editing the IFDH eNews content, Graduate Research Grant applications, meeting registrations and other IFDH projects.

Marilyn has been the internal accountant for Anas Marketing & Management for almost 20 years! She handles the senior accounting duties including monthly financial reports and any special reports required by IFDH. She earns high marks from auditors and clients for her on time reports and up-to-date, accurate records. Marilyn also oversees the weekly and monthly bookkeeping by her staff. She is also involved in the IFDH annual and project budgeting process. She works with the external auditing firm during the IFDH accounting review process. Her qualifications include being a QuickBooks® Professional Advisor program member with extensive expertise in establishing accounting systems for both large and small organizations. Formerly, she was the Director of Finance for the American Medical Peer Review Association, Controller for Potomac Television and as an accountant for a Washington DC CPA Firm.

Sharoon is a Full Stack WordPress Web Developer with over 12 years of WordPress development expertise. His professional experience includes bringing new and creative ideas to the project's UI/UX, then bringing them to life with HTML5, CSS3, and complicated backend architecture. He has worked for a number of different web development companies having created and implemented project scope and timeframes using the design-develop-deploy methodology. He combines extensive knowledge of both programming and design. He handles the IFDH e-newsletter production and weekly updates to the website.
